Q11 How can I be taken off the list? Q1 What is Find Your Teachers? Find Your Teachers introduces teachers for the students who are looking for online teachers. Many students access Find Your Teachers from all over Japan. Q2 Is it free to register? Yes. it is free to register. If you would like to provide more information about your self and your services than is available on the free registration, we offer an extended service (6month for 18euro) so that you can have more options to appeal to students and more chances to be high on the results list when student searches thereby optimising your chances to find students. Q3 How long will I be on the list? There is no expiry date as long as you follow the email which FYT will send to you regarding your profile. If you have subscribed for the 3month extended option but decide not to continue your subscription you will be able to stay on the list but without the extended options. Q4 Can I be at the top of the list when students search? FYT offers an option (3months for 1500yen,about 10euro) so that you can have more options to appeal to students and more chances to be higher on the list when students search. Q5 How many students can I have? FYT only introduces your profile to students so there is no gurantee of the number of students you will have. Q6 How can I be paid? FYT only introduces students to you so you need to talk about it with your students. For international money transfer, we recommend using PayPal. Q7 What is PayPal? Paypal is a company which allows money to be sent via the internet from your credit card or bank accouint. For further information please visit PayPal official site. Q8 What should I do when I have a student request from FYT? Please contact the student as soon as possible through either email or messenger. Q9 I'm not familiar with computers, can I still do? No.You need to be familiar with computers and to have a stable internet connection environment. Please check the list below. -I can do email. -I can create lesson account for myself on Messenger/Skype. -I can use both Messenger/Skype. -I can add people as a member of Messenger/Skype. -I can calculate time differences. -I can receive money through paypal. If you are thinkng of expanding your knowledge and experience of online lessons, FYT can recommend this course.(coming soon) Q10 Can I do connection test with FYT? FYT provides a connection assessment for 3000yen which is about 20euro. Once we can make sure you have a stable internet and messenger connection, FYT will mark this on your profile so that student can tell from other teachers. Q11 How can I be taken off the list? You have all administration of your profile so you can delete your profile anytime you want.
